message from owner: This 43 yo boat is sound, albeit some TLC is in order (not unusual). No hard groundings. And she is, in a-lot of ways, better than when I bought her. Her teak interior is beautiful, real wood, original. She has been fitted out with many extra amenities which enhance the live aboard / cruising experience. Her (OEM) Yanmar engine starts, runs, no smoke. Don’t let the low price fool you. She is heavily discounted due to health issues and she needs a bottom job. While ur at it, replace the badly out of balance old age erroded (original??) prop. I have the new part from Michigan Wheel. The yards here in Ensenada are live aboard friendly and English speaking. Except for the prop, this is a sail-away vessel. Bring me an offer. Seeing is believing.
